With decades of experience spanning government, non-profit, and research sectors, Robbin brings a unique blend of expertise in public policy, governance, and strategic planning. Whether designing innovative public policy platforms, or steering transformational change within organizations, Robbin excels in guiding complex initiatives to success.
Throughout her career, Robbin has held key roles across various sectors, including serving as a policy advisor for former Prime Minister Jean Chrétien, heading strategic initiatives for the Council of Ontario Universities, rethinking Canada’s digital research infrastructure ecosystem through the Leadership Council on Digital Research Infrastructure, and leading Compute Canada.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Robbin has a strong commitment to community work and participates actively on boards. She currently sits as a Board Member for the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa. Driven by an endless curiosity, Robbin relishes the thrill of travel to discover unfamiliar places, meet interesting people, and experience great food from around the world. Whether pedaling through scenic trails, kayaking on one of Canada’s many lakes or skiing across snowy landscapes, Robbin also embraces the outdoors with zest.
